Grant permission to an APP: Can’t fetch the related App Id information

In this article, I will solve the below issue

Can’t lookup the related App Id information In SharePoint


Scenario

In SharePoint, I tried to grant the Workflow App permission by doing the following:

  • Open Site App Permissions.

  • Copy the App Identifier GUID between the last “|” and the “@” sign, as shown below.

Configure App Permissions for SharePoint Workflow

  • Browse “http://hostname/_layouts/15/appinv.aspx” to grant the APP permission.
  • Paste the App Identifier to App Id field,
  • Click on Lookup button to fetch its related data
    • Title,
    • App Domain,
    • and Redirect URL.

Unfortunately, the APP info can’t be retrieved as shown below.

HTTP 403 Forbidden error During using MS Chart Control within SharePoint Visual Web Part

I found out an unexpected behavior during using MS Chart Control within a SharePoint Visual Web Part.where I got 403 forbidden error at the first time I tried to browse the page.

But when I tried to refresh the page again, the error disappeared !
